Who is responsible
Integration and Architecture Solutions ("IAS", "we") is the data controller for this website. Our identification details are listed at the end of this page.
What we process
If you write to us by email, we process the information you send (your address, your name and the content of your message) in order to answer you and follow up on your request.
Our hosting records technical server logs (IP address, time, requested page and browser) for security and fault diagnosis. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to profile visitors.
Analytics without cookies
We measure traffic with Umami, an open-source analytics tool that runs on our own servers. It sets no cookies, does not store your IP address and does not follow you across other websites. The data it produces is aggregated: page views, referrers, country and device type.
Because no personal data is collected and nothing is stored in your browser for this purpose, no consent banner is required.
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies. If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is kept in your browser's local storage. That value never leaves your device.
Legal basis and retention
We process email correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or to take steps before entering into a contract. Server logs and aggregated statistics are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and understanding how it is used.
Emails are kept for as long as the conversation or the business relationship requires. Server logs are deleted after a short, fixed period.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection law (Chilean Law 19.628 and, where it applies to you, the GDPR) you may ask us to access, rectify, erase or restrict the personal data we hold about you, object to its processing, or request a copy in a portable format. Write to the email address listed below and we will reply without undue delay.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this page.
